Floating Reed Rigs For Carp Fishing
Over at fishingmagic.co.uk, Clive Pennington shares his tips on creating floating weed rigs. On tough carp waters, where the carp are very wary, these rigs could provide you with a new approach to presentation, and hopefully more fish on the bank. They are certainly worth looking at and thinking about.
To my mind, one particularly good use of such a rig would be for surface fishing during the summer months when perhaps the carp are used to seeing dog biscuits floating about, they mightprefer to sample something a little different, presented in a unique camouflaged way.
