Geezers’ Charity Event
Geezer’s Charity Event is to be held on a virgin 22 acre Essex Lake this year on 31st - 2nd September 2007. The lake is stocked with over 300 carp, so there will be plenty for everyone! Prizes will be awarded for the biggest fish and the overall weight
So far, Carp Talk columnist Geezer’s events have raised nearly £7000 for Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital. This year, the proceeds will be split between Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital and King Georges Hospital.
Several big name carp anglers have already signed up for the event including Dave Levy, Lee Jackson, Rob Maylin, Gary Bayes, Pete Castle, Gary Lowe, Derek Ritchie, Phil Harper, Nigel Sharp and Richard Farnan.
